When trying to add a tab there is no "spreadsheet" option.

    When trying to add a tab there is no "spreadsheet" option. The table option uses the same icon and the columns I would like to filter it by is not available.

    Could you kindly confirm either the URL of the form or Table where you're experiencing the issue?

    When you click to Add Tab, are you seeing this screen (please note that the "Table" option is the spreadsheet option):
