How can I delete the original pdf file, instead of just unlinking it from my Smart PDF Form?

    How can I delete the original pdf file, instead of just unlinking from smart pdf forms.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If you want to delete the original PDF you uploaded, just go to the Upload tab then click the 'Update PDF' button.

    Clicking this will prompt you with a pop-up window asking if you want to Update the PDF file or reset your online form.

    Choosing the 'Update this PDF file' option will remove the current PDF and prompt you to select the PDF file you want to upload from your local device.

    If you choose the 'Reset my online form' option, it will simply remove the original PDF from your form.
