Hi,
We are a not for profit organisation in Australia and want to set up a online portal where you can choose different options of donut packages which is paid for online (credit card, apple pay, paypal)
Our school is 1400 students + teachers and the event will be over around 2 months so only looking for something short term to suit
Can you confirm if your platform is suitable, and which package we'd need to go for including pricing
Thanks, Daniel

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Jotform is the preferred online Form Builder for educational institutions around the world, from major universities to K–12 schools. With Jotform, you can easily create an education form that meets your needs. As an exclusive benefit, you can take Advantage of our 50% Educational Discount. This discount applies to paid plans, which you can then use to create your online donut package order form with integrated payments (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.), suitable for your 2‑month fundraising period.
Let me show you how to apply for it:
1. Go to the Education Discount page and select the plan according to your needs.
2. Fill out the form and click on the Submit Application button and that's it.
Once your application is approved, your upcoming payments will receive 50% discount.
Next steps for your donut fundraiser specifically:
- Create a Jotform account (or log in) and choose a paid plan that fits your expected number of submissions and storage needs for the 2‑month period (after applying the education discount if eligible).
- Build a form with product options for your donut packages using Jotform’s payment fields (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.); many gateways support credit cards and digital wallets like Apple Pay and PayPal, depending on the processor you choose.
- Share the form link or embed it on your school site so students, parents, and staff can place and pay for orders online during the fundraising window.
If you tell me your estimated number of orders and preferred payment processor (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal), I can help narrow down which specific plan tier would be most suitable.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Can I just pay for a couple of months instead of yearly
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Daniel,
You can choose between monthly or yearly Jotform plans.
Yes, you can pay just for a couple of months by selecting a Monthly plan, using it for the 2‑month fundraiser, and then canceling or downgrading back to Starter before the next renewal.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Go to the Jotform Features and Pricing page and choose the plan you want, then click on Upgrade.
- Select the Monthly payment schedule in the popup and enter your billing details.
- Choose your payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal), agree to the Terms of Service, and complete the payment.
Important: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, so you’ll need to cancel or downgrade back to the Starter plan before the next monthly renewal if you only want to pay for those couple of months.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Which plan is best for our school size
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Daniel,
For choosing the best plan, the key limits you’ll want to look at are monthly submissions and monthly payment submissions, since each paid donut order will count as a submission and a payment.
Here’s a quick comparison of the main plans:
- Starter (Free)
- 100 monthly submissions
- 10 monthly payment submissions
- Suitable only for very small tests, not for a whole-school fundraiser. - Bronze
- 1,000 monthly submissions
- 100 monthly payment submissions
- Good if you expect up to about 100 paid orders per month. - Silver
- 2,500 monthly submissions
- 250 monthly payment submissions
- Better if you expect between ~100 and 250 paid orders per month. - Gold
- 10,000 monthly submissions
- 1,000 monthly payment submissions
- For very large campaigns with more than 250 paid orders per month.
How to decide for your school:
- If you expect around 100 or fewer paid orders per month during the 2‑month drive, Bronze should be enough.
- If you think you might get more than 100 but under 250 paid orders per month, go with Silver to avoid hitting limits.
- If you expect a very high participation (hundreds of orders per month), consider Gold.
Since you’re a school, you can also apply for the 50% Education Discount
If you can share roughly how many paid orders you expect per week or per month, I can suggest one specific plan more confidently.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
