Checklist Widget: How to Make All Items Required for Submission

Hello,

I made a form with a checklist widget but I need my applicants to "acknowledge" all of the checklist items. How do I do this? Or is there another widget to use?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to require all checkboxes when using the Checklist widget. As a workaround, I suggest using the basic Multiple Choice element. This way, you can set an minimum Entry Limit that is equivalent to the number of checkboxes. Let me show you how to set the Entry Limit:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Multiple Choice field to highlight it, then click on the Gear icon.

2. On the Multiple Choice Properties on the right side of the screen, click on the Surveying tab.

3. And then toggle on Entry Limit and set the Minimum and Maximum value.
