How to incorporate an invoice with

    I want to add an invoice to this form table

    But I want to selectively choose which reservations to add

    And, I want to set different prices for these


    Is this possible?

    You can easily Generate an Invoice for Your Payment Form in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Product List element and click on the Wand icon to open Payment Settings. (If you are using the Purchase Order element instead of a Payment Gateway, the icon will appear as a Shopping Cart.)
    2. In the menu on the right, click on the Invoice tab and toggle Yes the Enable Invoice option.
    3. Enter your Business Details, and if you want to attach them to emails, scroll down to the Attach to Emails section and select the email you want and you're all set.

    From the available information, invoices in Jotform are generated through payment forms using the Product List/payment fields, not directly from Jotform Tables. Jotform Tables can:

    • Display and manage submission data from your forms (including prices or totals if they are collected on the form).
    • Connect to other form tables and show combined data in one place.

    However, there is no documented feature

    • Start in Jotform Tables, select arbitrary rows (e.g., specific reservations), and
    • Directly generate an invoice from those selected rows with custom prices set only in Tables.

    To generate invoices, the supported flow is:

    • Set up a payment form with a Product List/payment field and enable the Invoice feature there, so each submission creates an invoice PDF.
    • Then view/manage those submissions (and their totals) in Jotform Tables if needed.

    So, based on the current information, what you described (purely table-based selective invoicing with per-row pricing) is not available as a built-in feature.
