    Hi Reynaldo,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

    2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.

    3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:

    1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

    2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

    3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

    4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.

    Hi Reynaldo,

You can let another account work on your data directly by sharing the table with Collaborator access, but there is no separate “table template gallery” feature for Tables like there is for forms.

However, there are two practical ways to give them something they can edit in their own way:

Option 1: Share the table as a collaborator (same table, shared data)

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Click on the Share button at the top-right side of your Jotform Tables page to open the Share Table window.
    2. Click on Share Settings and under Invitation Link Default Role, select Collaborator so they can edit.
    3. Use either the Invitation Link (copy and send it) or Invite By Email (enter their email and send the invite) so the other account can access and edit the same table.

This lets them edit the table structure and data, but it is still the same table, not a separate copy in their account.

Option 2: Let them create their own copy of the data/structure

If you want them to have their own version they can change independently, they can:

    • Download your shared table’s data (if you allow download in Apply Limitations), then import it into their own table or form.
    • Or rebuild a similar table on their side using your shared table as a reference.

Currently, the documented options for Tables are to share via link or email with roles like Read Only, Commenter, or Collaborator, and to control what they can do using Privacy Options and Apply Limitations.

Let us know if you want them to edit the same table or if you specifically need them to have a separate copy, and we can suggest the most suitable setup step by step.
