How can I send a form to a third party who has the database of email addresses I want to send to. Can they send out a link to the form and then have responses come back to my personal email?

    Hi Anne,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and go to Publish.
    2. Copy the form link under Share With Link, then send that link to the third party so they can distribute it to their email list.
    3. Set your form’s notification email so new responses are sent to your personal email address.

You can also send the form by email from Jotform. In Form Builder, go to Publish, select Email, then choose Share on Email. From there, you can edit the email subject, sender name, and reply-to email, and add recipients.

If you want the third party to send the link out themselves, the simplest option is to share the form URL with them and keep your notification email set to your personal address so you receive the submissions.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
