I checked your HubSpot integration and can see two failed submissions, both showing the error: “Number must match format ‘+18884827768’ or ‘+18884827768 ext 123’.” This means the phone number being sent from your form does not match the required international format expected by HubSpot.
To resolve this, make sure the phone number field in your form includes the country code and follows the correct format (e.g., +1XXXXXXXXXX).
