SMS Notifications: Verification Code Not Received on Cellphone

I want SMS notifications set up, but I am not able to get my cell phone to receive the verification code to it. I've turned roaming on and allowed to receive International SMS. Please let me know what else to do.

There is currently an ongoing issue regarding verification codes not getting sent out. Our Developers are working on this as fast as they can. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
