Need to change login

I am currently logged into this account, but it is tied to a Google login (lighthousefornewhope@gmail.com) that no longer exists. I cannot receive verification emails.

Can you please remove the Google login and convert this account to a standard email/password login using info@lighthousefornewhope.org.

I can verify ownership while logged in. Would this jeopardize my existing forms???

I can help with that, and your existing forms should not be jeopardized by changing the login method. Since you can’t access the old Google email, please use our Recover Your Jotform Account guide and submit the form there so we can review the account ownership and help with the email/login change.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Changing your account email address only takes a minute. Let me show you how: 

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on your name. 

3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section, click on Edit.

4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save. 

5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify.
