Podo: Support SpecialistHi Stan, you can switch to yearly billing and access your invoices directly from your Jotform account.
To change your billing details and download an invoice:
- Go to your account’s Billing/Upgrade page here: Billing on my account.
- If you’re on a paid plan, open the Billing tab; if you’re on the Starter/Free plan, open the Upgrade tab instead (the Billing tab isn’t available on free plans).
- In the Billing section, update your subscription to a Yearly plan and confirm the change to generate the annual charge.
- Still on the same page, go to the Invoices section.
- Find the latest invoice in the list and click the Download icon to get a PDF copy.
About applying your last month’s payment as a credit: that kind of account-specific billing adjustment isn’t something I can process directly here, but it can usually be reviewed based on your recent payment history.
