    Hi - We recently used a Jotform for live voting at an event, and some users received an error saying they had already voted when they had not.

    This prevented them from submitting responses in real time.

    Can you help us understand what may have caused this and how to prevent it moving forward?

    Hi Brittany,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I took a look at your form and confirmed that unique form submissions are turned off, so users should not have an issue with submitting multiple forms if they had tried it. I also tried submitting a clone of the form multiple times and did not encounter any error. Do you have a screenshot of that error that popped up or is it something that can be replicated?

    Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.
