Jotform does not recognize my Jotform account email address.

I had them create a jotform and tried to set up but it does not recognize this email address?? I was asked to fill out my google acct info, (don't know why) but that if NOT what I want for accessing Jot Form!  

FYI A sign in box for google keeps popping up?? WHY

To make sure that I'm checking the correct email, can you share with us the email address you've used to create your Jotform account?

Also, can you share a short screen recording (via Loom, Google Drive, or Dropbox) showing the issue with sign in box for google in action?
