Ashley_McMahonOn the email for notification, there is an email that the attachments can't be opened. When clicked on, it says to log into JotForm. Is there a way to be able to open the attachment without logging into JotForm?
On the form link below, luke.beam@ncfb.org can't open the attachments. I have no problem opening the attachments, but I am the one that created the form.

Podo: Support SpecialistYes, you can allow recipients like luke.beam@ncfb.org to open uploaded file attachments without logging into Jotform by changing your account’s privacy settings.
Here’s how to disable the “Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files” option:
- Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner.
- In the menu, click Settings to open your Account Settings page in a new tab.
- Go to the Security tab on the left, then click Send Verification Code in the verification prompt.
- Check your email, copy the Verification Code sent to the email address linked to your Jotform account.
- Enter the code in the verification field (and click Verify if needed).
- Under the Privacy section, uncheck the box for Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files.
You can also review this guide for more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/673-how-to-unrequire-log-in-to-view-uploaded-files/
If that option is grayed out (for example, due to HIPAA or required security settings), it can’t be disabled, but you can still share data by inviting others to your Tables/Inbox as collaborators: https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate/
If you’d like, you can tell me whether your account is HIPAA-enabled or if you see that option grayed out, and I can suggest the best sharing method for your case.
