I am part of an architectural committee in our neighborhood (Sweet Bottom Plantation) and the person who set up the account is no longer in the neighborhood and we can not access with forms that were created, see jpeg pictures or reply to requests.

I have requested to reset the password for account admin@sbphoa.com and was denied. Please guide me through the process.

    Kind Regards,

    Sheri Smith

Hi Sheri, I’m glad you reached out about this.

Since you’re unable to access the admin@sbphoa.com Jotform account and a standard password reset was denied, the next step is to go through our account recovery process so our team can verify ownership and help you.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Go to this guide: Recover Your Jotform Account.
    • Scroll down to the form on that page.
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible (account email admin@sbphoa.com, your role in the HOA/architectural committee, how you previously accessed the forms, any related URLs, etc.).
    • Submit the form so our dedicated team can review and contact you via email.

Once ownership is verified, they’ll guide you on what access can be restored or how to proceed. If you’d like, tell me what access you ultimately need (view submissions, manage forms, receive notifications, etc.), and I can suggest the best way to set things up going forward once you regain control of the account.

    Hi sheri smith,

Your Jotform Account Recovery request has been denied due to insufficient or incorrect information to verify your account ownership. You can resubmit the Account Recovery form with complete and accurate account information.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
