Our Jotform account is operating under an employee's email that no longer works here and I need our account transferred to my account so that I can manage it. The aeiffert@templesinai is no longer an active email account. I have tried to transfer info myself but it is sending all verification codes to the email we cant access.

- Fill out the form there with as much detail as possible about the old account (username, old email, organization details, sample form URLs, billing info if applicable, etc.).
- Our team will review the request and, once verified, we can help you regain access or update the account email/ownership so you can manage it from your own email.
If you’d like, share the new email address you want to use (just the address, no passwords), and I can also guide you on changing the account email or transferring forms and data once access is restored.
