Submission Table: How to Apply Colors to Columns for Visual Differentiation

Dear Jotform Support,

I would like to ask whether there is any available setting or feature that allows us to apply colors to columns in the Submission Table.

Specifically, we are looking for a way to visually differentiate certain columns (for example, based on category, status, or scoring) by applying background or text colors directly within the Submission Table view.

Could you please advise if this is currently supported, or if there are any possible workarounds (such as using widgets, conditional formatting, or integrations)?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Assigning a color code to the column backgrounds in the submission table is unsupported. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.

Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
