Account Access: Missing Templates and Donation Listings After Recent Login

    Hello I am a current customer with Jotform and the last sign in on my account was March 26, 2026 as I recall. We had a charity event on yesterday (4/26) and I was attempting to log on my account (which I did successfully) and review my donation listing and I my account is blank none of my original templates or the donation listing I am looking for. I need to speak to someone directly so I can understand what is going on. Is there a direct number for Jotform or can someone call me back @ (713) 922-5471

    I checked the account associated with your current email address and found that it seems empty and there is no history of deleted items. You may have used a different email address or a login method.

    To help you better, feel free to provide any of the following details:

    • A link (URL) to one of your forms.
    • An e-mail address where you typically receive your submission notifications.

    Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.
