Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and can see that the card was refused. I am unable to see any errors as to why it is refused. The bank has returned the error as refused. Can you please check with your card provider and see if everything is in order? You can also consider using a different card if it is possible.

When I checked your account, I saw that your payment was successful. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.
