Subscription Payment: Unable to Restart Payment Process

    Hello,

    Could you please help me? I’m unable to restart the payment for my subscription.

    Would you be able to do it on your end? I’ve tried clicking here, but nothing works.

    Hi flashnet2018,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and can see that the card was refused. I am unable to see any errors as to why it is refused. The bank has returned the error as refused. Can you please check with your card provider and see if everything is in order? You can also consider using a different card if it is possible.

    he card was declined, but we’ve just reloaded it. Could you please try billing again

    Hi flashnet2018,

    When I checked your account, I saw that your payment was successful. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.
