Account Access: Forgot Password Email Not Received for Event Account

    I attempted to use the Forgot Password function however , I never received the email to reset. I receive the email each time someone completes a RSVP.

    Thanks for letting me know; we’ll sort this out. To check why the password reset email isn’t arriving, could you please share the email address or username you use to log in to Jotform?

    The reset password email is being sent to adjutancygcw@cewcvegas.org now. Please check your inbox and also your spam or junk folder.
