I asked AI this but wanted to make sure since AI is a new feature. We have a benevolence application we are creating to track people given to. Is there a way to track the person requesting help and if they have met the max of $5000 help in a years time? So if John Doe requested help 2 times this year for a total of 4800 and they are requested for a 3rd time for the amount of $500. They only have $200 more available to them for the year so I was wondering if there was something that could flag that the last request would put them over their limit?

    Hi rkelley,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Currently, I do not have a canned guide that directly matches your exact use case of tracking a person’s total assistance amount over a year and flagging when a new request exceeds a yearly dollar limit. Because of that, I don't have enough information in the available templates to confirm a precise, built-in way to automatically sum per-person yearly totals and block or flag submissions when they exceed $5,000.

Based on the resources I can access right now, I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi rkelley,

Looks like that feature isn’t available just yet. I’ve passed your request along to our Developers so they can review it. Whether or not it’s developed, and when, will depend on their workload, how doable it is, and how many other users ask for it too. If/when there are any updates, we’ll update this thread so you’re the first to know.
