AI Tool: How to Disable Pop-Up Notifications on Every Page

Hello!

I am not interested in using the AI tool that keeps popping up on every single page. It gets in the way and it is very frustrating that it pops up every single time I move to different forms. It makes it hard to minimize windows and use other windows at the same time which has decreased my productivity.

How do I opt out of using the AI agent and how to I stop the pop-ups from happening?

You can disable an AI Agent in a few simple steps. Let me show you how: 

1. On your Workspace page, click on Filter at the top of the page.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu, uncheck all boxes except AI Agents.
3. Next, hover your mouse over the AI Agent you want to disable and then click on More on the right side of the page.
4. Now, in the Dropdown menu that opens, select Disable. That’s it.

No, I want to remove the Podo popup that keeps happening.

Currently, it's not possible to disable Podo/AI Assistant. While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.

Key parts of the UI are blocked behind the mandatory Podo popup. For example, I can't delete an autoresponder email because Podo is blocking the delete option. The popup makes that entire area of the workspace non-active. And there are plenty of UI options that need to be acted upon in that area of the screen. Fire your designer. This is rediculous.
