    How can this be true when I only have had less than 500 visitors to the website?

    Form views and sessions in Jotform can be different from the number of visitors reported by your website analytics. A single website visitor can generate multiple form views or sessions, for example if the form is embedded on several pages they visit, if the page is refreshed, or if the form is loaded again in a new tab or device. Also, any time the form URL is opened directly (not only via your website) it will count as a view/session in Jotform, even if your site’s visitor counter does not increase.

    To verify exactly how many views and responses Jotform is counting for your form, you can use Form Analytics. Let me show you how you check it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo and select Form Analytics.
    2. Click on This Month, All-time, or Custom under your form's name to change the time filters and compare with your website stats for the same period.
    3. Use the Device, Platform, or Location options to see more details about where your form views are coming from, which can help you spot extra traffic sources beyond your main website.

    There is no activity in the customer contact form, I have got a AI Agent but there has only been 8 conversations all month or so

    The session limits for AI Agents are set monthly and can sometimes appear high relative to the number of conversations because sessions count each interaction or connection instance, not just completed conversations.

    For the free agent testing, the Starter Plan includes up to 10,000 monthly sessions, but if your usage reaches this limit quickly, it could be due to multiple sessions being initiated per conversation or other interactions that count as sessions.

    To manage this and avoid unexpected costs, you might want to monitor your session usage closely and consider upgrading to a higher plan if your needs exceed the free or starter limits. Each plan has different session and conversation limits, so choosing one that fits your expected volume will help control expenses.
