Ruth_MortonHello,
I created a form while not logged into my Jotform account, and it is now stuck in a guest/temporary account.
Please transfer the form with ID 261163079811052 into my registered account: ruth.morton@tiegr.org.
I am the owner and can verify via email.
Thank you.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi there Ruth, I’m afraid we can’t directly move forms from a guest/temporary account into a registered account on your behalf, but you can transfer ownership yourself once the form is under a full Jotform account.
Here’s what you can do:
- First, make sure you’re logged into the Jotform account that should own the form (ruth.morton@tiegr.org).
- If you still have the edit link or access to the original form you created as a guest, log into your account in the same browser and re-create or clone the form into your registered account.
- Once the form is in a full account, you can use the built-in transfer feature if you ever need to move it to another account:
- Go to your Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
- Click Settings.
- On the left menu, click the Data page.
- Scroll down and click the Transfer Forms button.
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email.
- Search for and select the forms you wish to transfer.
- Click Transfer Forms.
- The receiving account will then need to accept the transfer request from their own Data page or via the email they receive.
If you want to transfer your account's ownership, you can change your account's email address from the Account Settings page. Let me know if that's the case for you.
If you still have the exact form URL or edit link for form ID 261163079811052, please share it here and tell me whether you can currently open it while logged into your ruth.morton@tiegr.org account, so I can guide you with more precise steps on how to get it into your account.
