    Since you are trying to reset the password for accounts@infinitycarepartners.com but not getting the email, please try these steps:

    Let me walk you through it:

    1. Check your spam/junk folder in the inbox for accounts@infinitycarepartners.com, and also any focused/other tabs if you are using services like Outlook or Gmail.
    2. Wait a few minutes and then go back to the Jotform Login page, click on Forgot Password, and enter accounts@infinitycarepartners.com again to request a new reset email.
    3. Make sure the email address is correct and that you are entering exactly accounts@infinitycarepartners.com without extra spaces or typos when requesting the reset.

    If you still do not receive the reset email after following these steps, please let me know what you see after you submit the Forgot Password request (for example, any message on the screen), and we can continue from there.

    Have done that twice and the message on the screen says contact support

    The reset password email is being sent to accounts@infinitycarepartners.com now. Please check your inbox and also your spam or junk folder just in case.     No emails in junk or spam

    Hi Rachel,

    Thanks for using Jotform. Upon checking, I saw that your account is a guest account. Guest accounts are temporary and require only one login. You'll not be able to get a password reset email. You can create a free account using the same email address as you used for your guest account. If you're referring to a different account, if you can drop the link to your form here, I’ll review it for you.
