ImmigrantResilient Immigrant recently transitioned to another email (.com to .org) to properly identify with our non-profit status. We want to change the email linked to our Jotform account but we have lost access to the email currently attached . How do we go about it?

Podo: Support SpecialistYou won’t be able to change the Jotform account email from your side if you’ve already lost access to the current email, so in this case you’ll need to go through our account recovery process so we can help you update ownership securely. Please fill out the form in this guide so our team can verify and assist you: Recover Your Jotform Account.
If you’d like, you can also tell me the current account email (the .com one) and the new .org email you want to use, and I can guide you on what to include in that form so it’s processed smoothly.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Resilient,
Since you shared the emails, I’ll guide you on what to include so your account recovery request can be processed smoothly.
Here’s how to proceed:
- Go to the guide on How to Recover Your Jotform Account and open the recovery form mentioned there.
- When filling the form, include clearly that your old login email is info@resilientimmigrant.com and that you want the account email changed to support@resilientimmigrant.org because your organization has migrated domains and you no longer have access to the .com address.
- Provide any proof of ownership they request in the form (for example, organization details, billing info if you have a paid plan, links to your public forms, or anything else the form asks for) so they can verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
After you submit that recovery form with these details, our support team may redirect your request to the related team to review and, once verified, update the account email to support@resilientimmigrant.org.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
