Podo: Support SpecialistHi SLG,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can prevent the same person from filling out your form multiple times from the same network using the Unique Submission feature. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Next, click on Show More Options.
- Now, scroll down to the Unique Submission section and select either Check Cookies Only or Check Cookies and IP Address.
Check out the screencast below to see how it'll work: Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.Let us know if you have any other questions.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi SLG,
If your form shows a message like "only one entry allowed" when you try to submit again from the same device, it means the form’s Unique Submission setting is restricting multiple entries based on cookies and/or IP.
Allowing the same person to fill out your form multiple times is quick and easy. Setting it up takes no time at all, here’s how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, click on Show More Options.
- Next, in the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.
After this, your form will allow multiple submissions from the same device or IP.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
