    Hi Jotform,

I am making a prefilled form for users to review their information and accept it. I am able to get this far, but when I sent it to a test audience, it required them to set up a jotform account to view the form. Is there any way to make it so people can just view the form without having to make an account. I wasn't able to change the form to public I think because it is by invitation, but ideally we would like the receipt to be able to see the form without making an account. Please advise. Thank you!

    Hi RIDC_Team,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can let the users access the prefilled form by copying the link and sending it to them. Don't use the Send Invitation option on the Prefill page when sharing the prefilled form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Prefill on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click on the Three Dots icon on the created prefill.
    4. Now, select Copy URL from the list.
