I'm a part of a small non-profit association. Basically, our only function is to organize an annual regatta in our local town. We are hosting our 115th annual regatta this year. It's a fairly small event, probably about 100-150 participants in total most years. We are looking at using JotForm for our registration, but we aren't sure if the free plan will meet our needs. We would gladly pay a small fee for single event registration, but all of the annual plans are quite expensive. If we could pay something like $15-$20 to run one registration for a 2 months period and up to 500 registrations, we would be very happy.
