Podo: Support SpecialistHi OMO,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
The error message "App 'index' not found" in Jotpoll may be related to an issue with the app's name or header settings in Jotform Apps.
Let me help you with that:
- Open App Builder: Go to your app in the Jotform App Builder.
- Add or Edit App Header: Click on Add Header at the top of the App Builder.
- Adjust App Title: In the App Header Properties on the right, click on the App Title box and either change or remove the name.
- Hide App Header: Toggle Show App Header off to hide the App Header element if you don't want it displayed.
This should refresh the app name and resolve the "App 'index' not found" error.
If you continue to experience issues, please check that your app's name and icon are properly set under Settings > App Name & Icon in the App Builder.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

omotreasurerWhat do i do to get from this screen to poll results?
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi OMO,
To get from the error screen to the poll results, it appears there might be an issue with the poll generation or link routing in Jotpoll. Since you are encountering the "App 'index' not found" error, this suggests the poll link or app is not properly configured or accessible.
Here’s what you can do:
- Double-check the poll link: Ensure the generated link is complete and correctly copied without any missing parts.
- Verify poll creation: Make sure the poll was successfully created and published in Jotform's Poll Maker.
- Access poll results: Normally, poll results can be viewed from your Jotform account under the Poll Maker section or via the direct results link provided after poll creation.
If the issue persists, it might be related to a technical problem with Jotpoll's link routing or app configuration, which may require further investigation.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

EmreHi OMO,
I've replicated the behavior you described in Jotpoll where the "App 'index' not found" error appears. I have escalated this to our development team for further investigation.
While they work on a fix, you can use Jotform Report Builder to achieve the same goal. It allows you to create visual polls and professional charts directly from your form submissions with more reliability and customization options.
With Jotform Report Builder, you can easily generate visual reports that are based on your submission data. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, select the form that you want to create a report for.
2. Click on Reports at the top of the page, and then click on Add New Report.
3. Now, select Visual Report Builder, which will open Report Builder.
4. Enter a Report name and choose a Report Type.
5. Then, click on Create and that’s it. You’re done.
For the Extended and the Compact report types, Report Builder will automatically create a chart for each form field or widget on the form. We also have a guide about How to Create a Visual Report with Your Form Submissions that you can check out.Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
