KDHEMSi need to change my contact email. My old one they send the verification to I do not have access to.

Since you can still log in and just need your email updated, here’s how to change your account email address:
- On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner.
- In the dropdown menu, click on your name.
- On the right side, under the Email section, click Edit.
- Enter your new email address (shane.williams2@nortonhealthcare.org) and click Save.
- Check your new email for a confirmation code, enter it in the confirmation window, and click Verify.
This will update your contact email in Jotform.

Please check your spam or junk folder. Also, consider whitelisting Jotform's sender email or domain to avoid future issues. Make sure your form's email fields and conditions are set up correctly. If the problem continues, verify that the email address is valid and correctly formatted. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:
- You can view your Email Logs to see what's happening with your form emails
- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains
- If the issue persists, Setting Up a Custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help

Because you no longer have access to the old email and our system is still sending the first verification step there, you won’t be able to complete the change from your side. In this case, please:
- Go to this page and fill out the form so our team can manually help recover/update your account email: Recover Your Jotform Account.
In the form, be sure to mention:
- Your current Jotform username
- Your old email (the one you can’t access)
- Your new email: shane.williams2@nortonhealthcare.org
Once you’ve submitted that, our team can review and assist with updating the email on your account. Let me know if you have any trouble with the recovery form or if you’re logged in under a different username than you shared here.
