For Jotform Mobile App:
- Tap on the Three Lines icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap on Trash in the menu that opens.
- Tap on the form you want to restore.
- Tap on Restore in the menu at the bottom of the screen.

If you are trying to restore deleted submissions in Jotform Inbox, here is how:
- Click on the Three Lines icon on the upper right side of the page in Jotform Inbox.
- Click on Trash in the dropdown menu to open the Trash tab.
- Tick the boxes next to the submissions you want to restore.
- Click on the Three Dots icon below the search bar on the upper left side, then select Restore.
