The Review Before Submit button doesn't work.

after using the color checkboxes for my books, the REVIEW BEFORE submission does not work. Only the Book Club listing works (as you saw with two entries), but not the first listing, where my book titles are listed.

Thanks for using Jotform. I cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue with the Review Before Submit button not working. There's an easy fix; you just need to delete the Review Before Submit widget from your form and then add it back again. Here's how:

Here’s how to add it to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Review Before Submit widget and select the Trash icon.

2. Click on Add Elements in the upper left to open the Form Elements menu.

3. Then, in the Form Elements menu on the left, go to the Widgets tab.

4. Search for Review Before Submit, then drag and drop it to your form.
