Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the email alert worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast and screenshot below to see my results:
Could you share the Submission IDs of the entries where the selected options didn’t appear in the email alert? This will help us take a closer look. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.

To clarify, the issue escalated to our Developers here is about the Review Before Submit widget, not showing the selected options of the Checklist widget for your Subscribe to the Shulammite’s Book Club question, while reviewing the answers before submitting the form, as shown in the screenshot you shared.
This thread is about the incomplete selections shown in your email alert, which happens after the form is submitted. While the Review Before Submit widget isn’t showing the selected option for your Subscribe to the Shulammite’s Book Club question, the selected options seem to appear in the email alert, as shown in the screenshot of my test.
That’s why we're asking for the Submission ID of the submission entry in question, so we can take a closer look at the exact submitted data and the email alert generated for that submission to confirm what was captured and sent.
Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

I checked your form 251908357874167 and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I selected two products and both were visible in the Review Answers window. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening? Are you unable to see some specific selected products in the Review Answers window and the Notification Email? It would be helpful if you could share a screen recording showing the missing product items on your end.As soon as we hear back from you, we can work on getting you a solution for this.

Many thanks for all your assistance with your screenshots to help me with the color checkboxes, which worked absolutely beautifully.
Now, I have a new issue where,
after using the color checkboxes for my books, the REVIEW BEFORE submission does not work. Only the Book Club listing works (as you saw with two entries), but not the first listing, where my book titles are listed.Please notice that there are two different listings, one for my book titles and one for the Book Club.I have given you some screenshots, but another tech intervened, so you did not get it. I wish there is a way to maintain tech continuity until the issue is resolved.
But it's interesting when I visit the Order Form submissions, its all there for both listings.
Anyhow, please advise.
