Kris JotForm SupportHi Arima,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can go ahead and go to the Jotform website and log in using the username or email address and the password. Are there difficulties logging into your Jotform account or in getting the results from a form? The email address you used to open this support ticket has a deleted form.
You can restore deleted Jotform assets, including the forms. But they should be in the Trash folder to do this. Restoring the deleted assets from your Workspace is quick and easy. Let me show you how:
- On your Workspace page, at the bottom of the menu on the left, click on Trash.
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click on the Type Dropdown menu.
- Then, in the menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Select All to show all the deleted assets, and click anywhere on the page to close it.
- Next, put checks in the boxes next to the assets you want to restore, and click on Restore in the top-left corner of the page.
For a full breakdown of how to do it, head over to our guide on How to Restore a Deleted Form. In addition, deleted submissions can be restored and found in the Trash entries. It's really easy to restore your deleted entries in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:- On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Three Dots icon in the tab next to your form's name on the upper left side of the page.
- In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
- In the menu that comes up on the right side of the page, select the Deleted Submission then, click on the Restore button and that's it.
Don't forget that trashed submissions that are not restored within 30 days will be automatically deleted. You can also check out our guide about How to Restore Deleted Submissions in Jotform Tables for more information.Let us know if you have any other questions.
