Jotform Mobile App: Some Submissions Missing in Inbox

    I am experiencing an issue where nearly all of my submissions are not appearing under the "submissions" section and I can only find them in "show my tables." There are no filters applied, and it is clear that this is not the cause. I have wondered if this issue could be related to using a new phone. I have already tried the suggested steps several times, but they did not resolve the problem. I would like to speak to a person for further assistance.

    Hi celestialjourneys11,

    Thanks for using Jotform. Submissions should appear both in Tables and under the Submissions section. If you’re only seeing them in Tables, check the Inbox view in the Jotform Mobile App. Sometimes filters can remain active without being obvious, removing any filters in Inbox will ensure all submissions are visible. Let me show you how

    1. On your Jotform Mobile App, tap the form you want to view submissions from.
    2. Then, in the menu that opens at the bottom of the screen, tap on Submissions.
    3. Now, in Jotform Inbox, tap on the Three Lines icon on the top right of the screen below the Three Dots icon.
    4. Select Clear All Filters.

    If you’ve already confirmed no filters are applied and the issue persists, this may be related to syncing on your new device. You can easily sync your data in the Jotform Mobile App. To get going, here’s what you’ll do:

    1. On the Jotform Mobile App, tap on the Profile Picture/Avatar in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings.

    2. Now, while in Settings, tap on the Refresh icon in the Sync Your Data section.

    If you want the app to refresh and get the latest data without issues, enable the Background App Refresh feature for the Jotform Mobile App in your phone settings.

    There are three forms on your Jotform account, and each one of them collected submissions. Can you confirm if the submissions count for each form reflects the same as listed below:

    For The Good Of All: 936

    You mentioned the correct submission count only shows in the Show in Tables, and the issue only happens with the Submissions option. I did some digging on my Jotform Mobile App by making test submissions to a form, archiving submissions, and deleting and restoring. But I was unable to replicate the issue.

    Can you share with us the make and model of the mobile device you're using with the Jotform Mobile App? The latest version of the Jotform Mobile App is 3.2.1, and for Android is 3.1.3. To get the best out of the Jotform Mobile App, it should always be in the latest version.

    You can easily check if you have the latest version of the Jotform Mobile App on your device. You’ll just need to follow these simple steps:

    1. On the Jotform Mobile App, tap on the Avatar/Profile Image in the upper-right corner of the screen.

    2. Now, on the Settings page, swipe up to the Version section to see the current app version.
