Would you like a return ride?*

Is equal to yes. How can I add a separate reservation to JotForm tables?

    Hi Donald,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. To add a separate reservation to Jotform Tables, you can connect data from another form or add new rows manually depending on your setup.

Let me show you how to get data from another form into your Table:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Add button at the end of the rows, and click on the Connection tab.
    2. Next, in the window that comes up, select Connect a Form and then click on Next.
    3. Then, enter a column name, and then click on Next.
    4. Now, select the form and field you want to use from the dropdown.
    5. You can toggle on Allow Multiple Selection or Set Default Selected Value if needed.
    6. Finally, click on the Create Column button, and you're done.

This way, you can add separate reservations or related data to your Jotform Tables efficiently.

I am looking for a separate entry for the return ride, not a column that says yes return ride

    Hi Donald,

To have a separate entry for the return ride in Jotform Tables, you would need to set up your form to allow multiple submissions or create a separate form specifically for return ride reservations. Each submission will then appear as a separate row (entry) in your Jotform Table.

Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Create a separate form for the return ride reservation, or allow users to submit the form multiple times for each ride.
    2. Collect the data from both forms (or multiple submissions) into your Jotform Table. Each submission will be a separate row.
    3. If you want to manage both outbound and return rides in one Table, you can connect both forms to the same Table or import submissions from both forms.

This way, each ride (outbound and return) will have its own separate entry in your Table, rather than just a column indicating yes or no.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
