Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried accessing the latest form on your Jotform account and was able to using Chrome. You can refer to the screencast below:
Since you mentioned the issue is happening in Chrome only, does this mean you already tried using other browsers and you confirmed the form is working there? Or is it the Form Builder view, the one that you can't access? I also tried, and the form details aren't showing. Then, I cloned the form, and the same thing happened. I also tried this using Microsoft Edge and was able to replicate it.
We'll escalate this to our developers as soon as you confirm that the details above are the issue the form is showing on your end.

yes we have tried other browsers too, we cant seem to be able to edit the form, we kept trying to open it for more than 2 hours and it opened once but even then it was unresponsive, sometimes it just show an error on the top and only welcome page is visible and the page doesn't work and sometime it takes us to preview when we click on edit form

I tested your form and a cloned one, and they have the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
