mhmsarasotaMy Jotform account was switched to another language.
Has it been hacked?
I had some problems today with the translation feature on one of the forms not working correctly. The answers were translated but the questions were not.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi mhmsarasota,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Your Jotform account language might have been changed unintentionally, but this does not necessarily mean your account was hacked. Jotform supports multiple languages, and you can change the language of your account or forms manually.
Here’s how to quickly change the language of your Jotform account:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- In the footer section, choose your desired language in the lower-right corner.
Alternatively, you can set your preferred language in your account settings:
- Go to Account Settings.
- In the Language section, select Edit.
- Choose your desired language, then save your settings.
Regarding the translation issue on your form where the answers were translated but the questions were not, please note that in Jotform, not all widgets or form elements can be translated automatically. You can check which parts of your form can be translated by going to the Form Builder, clicking on Settings, and under Form Settings, editing the Form Languages and Translations sections.
If you want to verify or adjust translations for your form questions, you may need to manually edit the translations for each language.
