Money_ConceptsI decided to try using the Podo Form Copilot to change a button's color and instantly regretted it. I had custom set the page colors. When it pulled up the form, it decided, with no prompting from me, to simplify the color scheme. No, I didn't ask for that!
I said to undo the changes and it said it did, but it barely changed its changes. I said it didn't work and the agent said it couldn't access the colors. What? But you changed them, why can't you change them back? So I bailed back to my form.
I then asked it to change a button's color since there didn't seem to be a way for me to custom change the colors myself, other than the prebuilt options. Once again, it changed my entire form's color scheme. And once again, it couldn't undo the changes. Clicking the Undo link didn't work either.
I will not use that agent again until I hear this has been fixed. Having it change the scheme without me asking to, having it change the entire scheme when all I wanted was the color of a button changed, and then not being able to undo the changes, is unacceptable.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Money,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your experience with the Podo Form Copilot changing the button color and unexpectedly altering the entire form's color scheme, it appears that the current customization options for button colors in Jotform Form Builder are primarily through preset styles or by injecting custom CSS code. The undo functionality for changes made by the AI copilot may have limitations, especially if it cannot access or revert specific color customizations it applied.
Here’s how you can manually change the submit button color without affecting the entire form:
- In Form Builder, select the Submit button field.
- Click the Gear icon to open Submit Properties.
- Choose a style or upload a custom file for the button.
- Alternatively, use custom CSS to precisely control the button color. You can find guidance on how to inject custom CSS for the submit button in Jotform's help resources.
For changing the overall form colors, use the Form Designer's Colors tab where you can select preset color schemes or enter hex color codes. Unfortunately, the AI copilot's automatic changes and undo limitations you experienced are known issues that may require further improvements.
If you want to avoid the AI copilot altering your entire form color scheme, it is best to manually customize colors through the Form Builder and Form Designer tools as described.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
