Podo: Support SpecialistI’ve made a few changes to help resolve the problem. The email address astrid.honorez@radio-canada.ca was on our bounce list due to being listed by the Spamhaus SBL, which caused delivery to be blocked. I've removed the address from the bounce list, so future emails should now be delivered.
To help ensure successful delivery, you might want to check with the recipient's email administrator to resolve the listing issue with Mimecast and Spamhaus. Additionally, please confirm that the email address is valid and correctly formatted. Here are a few tips to help prevent future email delivery issues:
- You can view your Email Logs to see what's happening with your form emails
- Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains
- If the issue persists, Setting Up a Custom SMTP to use your own email provider as the sender may help
