Podo: Support SpecialistHi Cynthia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can set a limit on how many products your customers can purchase, which can help manage multiple ordering of the same item in different sizes. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, and then click on the Wand icon (If you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).
- Hover your mouse over the product you want to set a limit for and click on the Pencil icon.
- Under the Options tab, hover your mouse over the Quantity option, then click on the Pencil icon.
- Set the Range and then click on Save Quantity at the bottom-right of the menu.
Now, people can only select within the minimum and maximum amounts you specified:

upliftcreativecenteryes but what if they want a small and an extra large

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Cynthia,
To allow your customers to order multiple sizes of the same item, such as a small and an extra large, you can use the Create Sub Products feature in the Product List field. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List field and then click on the Cart icon next to it.
- Hover over the product you want to add size options to and click on the Pencil icon.
- In the Product Settings window, go to the Options tab and click on Add a Product Option.
- Enter your size options (e.g., Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large) in the product option list. You can also use presets like T-Shirt Size.
- Toggle on the Create Sub Products option to turn these size options into sub-products, allowing customers to select quantities for each size separately.
This way, customers can order multiple sizes of the same item in one submission, specifying quantities for each size.
For more detailed guidance, you can check the Jotform guide on Creating Sub-Products Based on a Product Option.
