I originally had 3 Jotform accounts from my google account.
The two forms I created and needed were on the Interiorsaskin@gmail.com account but I wanted them on the Zayna@askininteriors.com account. So, I went into the account and tried to change emails but it kept saying I couldnt because I already had an account with that email. I then deleted the Zaynaaminaa@gmail.com account and the Zayna@askininteriors.com in hopes to delete them from the system so I can transfer my email smoothly. I just decided to officially delete Interiorsaskin@gmail.com account too in hopes to be completely out of the system all in all. When i went in to create a new and ONLY account for Zayna@askininteriors.com, it wont let me. It says im still in the system and tells me to type in my password. When I click "forgot password" it doesnt send anything to my email. Please help to make sure I can create one account.

Because deleted or inaccessible accounts and login issues need a manual check on our side, please do this:
- Go to this page: Recover Your Jotform Account.
- Fill out the form there with:
- All three emails you mentioned (zaynaaminaa@gmail.com, interiorsaskin@gmail.com, zayna@askininteriors.com).
- A short explanation that you deleted all three accounts and now want one new account under zayna@askininteriors.com, and that password reset emails are not arriving.
- Our dedicated team will review the accounts, release any email locks if needed, and help you either:
- Recover the correct account and move forms if possible, or
- Fully clear the emails so you can sign up fresh with zayna@askininteriors.com.
If you like, you can also tell me:
- Which of the three emails you want to keep as your only login going forward (sounds like zayna@askininteriors.com, but please confirm).
- Whether you still need access to the two forms that were on interiorsaskin@gmail.com so we can note that in the recovery request.
