Email reminders for disabled forms

    We've disabled all of our forms, but we keep getting automated reminders to fill out the forms. I'm copy and pasting an example here.

    "Just a friendly reminder for you. Please click the button below to fill out the ‘Monthly Sending Leader Report Form’."

    How do we get those turned off?

    Hi surgeproject,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Here's how you can remove the reminder emails:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on Publish, from the top orange bar.
    2. From left menu, choose Email.
    3. Click on Scheduele a Reminder Email.

    Once here, simply hover over the existing reminder and click on Trash can icon:
