Unable to submit the form due to required values

I am experiencing an error when submitting a form. The issue seems related to required values not being accepted or missing. I have already tried to address the required values but still need additional help resolving the problem.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the link to your form so we can take a look for you? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

on my form there’s an Astrid with a I understand button there’s nowhere to click it. I’m trying to delete it so it is stopping clients from submitting a form because at the bottom of the form is there in the preview, but I don’t see it and edit to be able to remove it.

I cloned and tested your form 223195495608061 and was able to reproduce the issue you’re seeing. The good news is that there’s a quick fix to resolve it. You can make the invisible field appear by switching themes and then switching back. Here’s how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the paint roller icon on the right side of the page.

2. Under the Themes tab, hover over any theme you like and click on the Use Theme.

3. After applying it, switch back to your original theme.

4. Return to the Form Builder and scroll to the bottom of your form.

5. You should now see the hidden field and click on the Trash Can icon to delete it.
