I believe you're referring to the date in the submission PDF, as the day of the week does not appear in the Notification Email or Jotform Tables.

Let me show you how to change the date format so the day of the week no longer appears in your submission PDF:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper left, then select PDF Editor.

2. In PDF Editor, click on the Pick-Up Date and Time field to highlight it, then click on the Gear icon.

3. On the DateTime Settings on the right side of the screen, change Format to a date that doesn't show the day of the week.
