    Hi Sharon,

Thanks for using Jotform. To whitelist Jotform and ensure that emails from Jotform are not marked as spam or blocked by your email provider, you need to add Jotform's IP addresses and sender domains to your email whitelist. This helps maintain reliable communication and ensures that notifications from your forms reach your inbox. Here are the details you need to whitelist:

    • Jotform Default Email List: noreply@formresponse.com, noreply@jotform.com, returns@jotform.com, noreply@jotmail.com
    • Jotform IP Addresses: 152.160.0.0/16, 23.251.253.0/26, 209.127.149.0/24, 209.127.136.0/24, 212.47.85.0/24
    • Jotform Sender Domains: *.smtp-out.amazonses.com, amazonses.com, email.amazonses.com, formresponse.com, jotform.com, jotform.net, jotform.us, jotmails.com, jotservers.com, s3.amazonaws.com

Adding these to your email whitelist will help prevent important emails from being filtered out.
