- The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.):
If your PayPal account is charged, can you share your PayPal email address?

Since you mentioned you do not have an account but need access to letters from the application, note that Jotform accounts are required to access form submissions or application data. If you do not have an account but need access to form data, you will need to contact the form owner or administrator who manages the application or form to provide access or data.
Note that for security and privacy reasons, Jotform cannot provide access to data without a valid account or proper authorization.
