yoozmarketingI am experiencing an issue where the AI agent overwrote my entire form when I was trying to edit the Thank You page because the Thank You page edits were not working. I need help editing the Thank You page because the changes I make are not sticking. They flash briefly and then disappear, leaving me with a blank page. I only have the Thank You Page option on the left-hand side, and when I click on it, the page is blank. Anytime I add a field or text, it disappears. Despite attempts to fix it, the problem is still not resolved. -

yoozmarketingIn addition to these problems, some of which Ive solved by spending more time to fix them,the auto response email is not attaching the uploaded PDF.
Please investigate that as well.

I can see you currently have two active forms, Acumatica Summit Tailgate Happy Hour and Yooz and Greenshades DirectionsNA 2026. It would also be really helpful if you could share a screen recording showing what’s happening.

And I think what is happening is the save trigger is reacting too quickly
any pause in typing or using the enter to do a return on the copy also caused the save to occur.
And on save the copy or any formatting gets cleared. I tried many things and many times and nothing wound up saving.

I cloned your form 261126452450146 and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, I can see that the save action is immediate, but the changes are still reflecting properly on the form afterward. Check out the screencasts below to see my results:

Could you try clearing your form cache, clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue?
