    When Inbox is shared to someone with Collaborator setting, can they also view/download any file/PDF uploads which form completers uploaded as part of their form filling completion?

    Hello Kathryn,

    You need to share the PDF documents you want your collaborators to access from Jotform PDF Editor.

    1. Open the PDF Editor and just click the Share button in the header section of Jotform to get started.

    2. From the Share modal, you can create a invitation link and select the PDF Documents that your collaborators can access through Tables.
